Position
As an HR Manager, you will be part of a small HR team, currently shaping, and will focus on a variety of HR duties, including HR operations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and reporting. You will be part of a quickly growing office in Costa Rica, collaborating in the building up of all our HR needs and working closely with our Technical Division, Finance, Marketing, Design and Executive team, while reporting to the Lead HR Manager, located in Bulgaria. What you’ll do
You will play a central role in fostering collaboration and boosting productivity in the office.
